Recruitment

40%
specifically BMW / MINI experience
10%
BMW Motorrad experience

Approach

The match

The honest case

01
BMW-specific certification isn't held yet
HV / automotive competence already there; BMW's Q&A validated the ramp-up plan
02
Proposed team (6 FTE) is smaller than the incumbent's 7 FTE baseline
Sized to Annex 2 with margin; cross-trained; BMW keeps the §6.6 right to request more
03
Haven't run a contract this size in Belux before
Needs inputGrowth-plan figures: headcount date, funding, hiresTimeline

Q4 2026
Signature & migration
Onboarding starts one week after signature. Longest-lead certifications booked first.
01H1 2027
Certification & shadowing
≈34-week ramp-up runs alongside the incumbent, with process training inside BMW's own systems.
0201.07.2027
Operational handover
Full Lot 1 service live, KPIs and SLAs reported, Customer Success Manager and backup in place.
032028 →
Scaling with your fleet
Capacity grows with the electrified parc and the Neue Klasse rollout; cross-trained bench absorbs peaks without a new tender.
04Close

Over to you: your questions, then ours.
01
IAS is the specialist partner for this work, not a generalist agency with an automotive branch
02
We staff this contract from people with brand experience, who have already done the job inside BMW
03
The honest gaps are named, sized, and planned around

Who we are

Our two academies

HQ and main academy

Kortenberg
Second academy
Our core specialism, done properly.
Why it matters

The certification gap in our bid is BMW-specific paperwork (Master Technician, HV Expert), not unfamiliarity with BMW itself.
BMW's own Q&A round confirmed a credible, well-substantiated ramp-up plan is an accepted answer to that gap, not a disqualifier. Ours is built on people who already know the BMW way of working.

People & Culture · Recruitment

Staying & growing
Every junior works next to a senior. Doing, not watching.
Monthly check-ins, six-monthly development talks.
Annual career conversations and 360° feedback, built in.
Legal · Framework agreement

We've done the homework. Let's talk content, not clauses.
One aggregate liability cap. No stacking, no surprises.
IAS keeps its own IP and know-how. BMW owns what's built for BMW.
Audits: evidence first, on notice, and BMW covers its own cost.
IAS hires and manages its own people. BMW keeps operational control.
We've closed framework agreements with OEM headquarters before. Let's get a follow-up on the calendar and keep momentum on content, pricing and approach.

AI

This presentation itself was built with AI, under your direction, worth saying out loud live.
Strengths

01
BMW in-house experience
The Welcome to BMW Group training, and colleagues who've worked at BMW Group directly.
02
Certification-first ramp-up
The longest-lead profile (Master Technician, HV Expert) staffed and started first.
03
Governance from day one
Customer Success Manager plus backup, separate KPI reporting per Lot, appointed at contract start.
Scale

IAS has built the operating infrastructure for this scale deliberately, growing from roughly 25 to roughly 50 people, and this contract fits inside that plan rather than requiring it.

What IAS brings
Electrification & high voltage
A rapidly growing electrified fleet in Belux, with the Neue Klasse generation arriving in the network.
HV-qualified technical people are the core of our bench; HV Expert certification is the first block of our ramp-up, not an afterthought.
Digital & connected retail
More software, more over-the-air, more diagnostics that start before the car reaches the workshop.
Technical support profiles trained on BMW systems and processes, supported by our own AI-assisted way of working.
Direct & agency sales model
A shifting relationship between NSC, retailers and the customer.
One Customer Success Manager plus a named backup, KPI and SLA reporting from day one, so the NSC keeps operational control.
Retention of technical talent
A market-wide shortage of certified automotive technicians.
Junior next to senior, monthly check-ins, six-monthly development talks, the reason our people stay in the role.
